- We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact email has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use email to cancel such an order.
Delivery Policy Most orders will be shipped from our stock within 1 business day with tracking information provided. Please allow 3-5 business days for special orders available in the US (to our dealership, then shipped to you with tracking information) and up to 2-3 weeks for special orders available in Germany (to our dealership, then shipped to you with tracking information). If your order is only available in Germany or we cannot meet these time frame, we will contact you by email and/or phone. You have 24 hours to respond to any correspondence regarding orders available in Germany. After the 24 hours the order will be placed and cannot be canceled or refunded. Oversize or overweight items may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you with the estimate of these additional charges once your order has been received. IF LOCAL PICKUP HAS BEEN SELECTED: Once notified, your order will be available for pickup Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 9 am – 6 pm EST Thursday 9 am – 7 pm EST and Saturdays 9 am – 4 pm EST. Items are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
I understand that this website DOES NOT show Power BMW’s current inventory and parts could be special ordered after I place my order. Damaged Shipments Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. Our warehouse put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do not accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent you being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company. Return Policy We will accept authorized returns 15 calendar days after the date of the shipments delivery to the customer. Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repack items in its original shipping container contact us and we will arrange for its return. All authorized returns must be in their original condition include all components and cannot be disassembled, mounted or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns of missing components will not be credited. We are not responsible for installation errors, nor will we cover any labor expenses, towing expenses, rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. Freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error. Please provide a VIN for order accuracy. If you are unsure of your part selection please call or email to make 100% sure you are ordering the correct part prior to placing your order. You will be responsible for any restocking fees if you order the incorrect part, even if a VIN is provided. Restocking Fee A 15% - 35% Restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.To avoid a 35% restocking fee, you must cancel your order within 30 mins of placing your order (during business hours stated in Delivery Policy) in hopes of cancelling the order process. Any orders cancelled after this time period may be subject to this fee. We do apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, but this fee is only to cover the costs we will incur to return your ordered parts. Please be aware the bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. All international orders must use paypal or Google checkout, no credit card transactions will be accepted. Warranty Warranty is subject to the policies set by the manufacturer. Please inquire about warranty prior to purchase. What Is Not Covered - Damage or corrosion due to accidents, misuse, or alterations.
- Damage or surface corrosion from the environment such as acid rain, airborne fallout (chemicals, tree sap), stones, salt road hazards, hail, wind storm, lightning, floods and other natural disaster.
- Normal wear, tear or deterioration such as discoloration, fading, deformation, blurring, etc.
- Replacement parts or accessories installed on any Vehicle registered or normally operated outside of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan or American Samoa.
- Replacement parts, or accessories installed on a Vehicle in which the odometer has been altered, or on which the actual mileage cannot be readily determined.
- Replacement parts or accessories used in applications for which they are not designed.
- Replacement parts or accessories installed improperly by dealers, Importer/Distributor other than the manufacturer.
- Any replacement part or accessory without proof of purchase or replacement date.
- Non-Manufacturer replacement parts or accessories which Dealers may sell or install on your Vehicle.
- If the vehicle has been classified a total loss and/or sold for salvage purposes or branded for any other reasons.
- Removal of the vehicle from the warranty covered market for which it was produced.

Refund policyReturned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging. Once we receive your return and inspect it (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment methods. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. All returns need an RMA number obtained when you apply for a refund, and will need to be returned to our address which can be found on the About Us page of this website. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
